BLACKWOOD HOLLOW CODE OF CONDUCT
FAILURE TO COMPLY TO RULES CAN RESULT IN ARREST
ELEMENT USE
- The use of element use for personal use is allowed inside the home and designated public places.
- Use of power in intent of destruction or harm is punishable by arrest.
- Elemental use inside Blackwood Academy is forbidden unless instructed by a teacher.
- Element use in large group settings is dangerous and not promoted.
- Children under the age of sixteen or without a license are not allowed to use their powers outside the home.
CURFEW
- All Elementals must return to the bunkhouses at midnight unless in possession of written permission of the Guard.
- To leave the bunkhouses after curfew in the case of an emergency, a Guard member must be contacted and act as an escort.
- Any Elemental caught outside the bunkhouses after curfew without a Guard or written consent will be arrested.
ELEMENT LICENSE
- All Blackwood Hollow citizens must carry his or her license whenever outside the home.
- Licenses must be shown to a Guard if one asks.
- If a citizen is found without their license, it is punishable by fine.
WEAPONRY
- Blackwood Hollow citizens are not allowed to be in possession of firearms and other potentially lethal weapons.
ASSAULT
- Intentional assault of either Guard member or Blackwood Hollow citizen is punishable by arrest.
THE GUARD
- The Guard must be obeyed at all times. If there is a problem, please speak with a Guard Captain.
- The Guard is in place to protect the citizens of Blackwood Hollow. Report any and all abuses of power, crimes committed by members, or abuse of citizens for review.
